The Junction of Empathy and Data
The name Junction Digital Marketing means something specific to me.
It's the junction of empathy and data — the place where the human story behind a business meets the strategy that makes it work. Most agencies bring one or the other. I bring both.
Before starting Junction, I ran the entire marketing department at a 2-year college in Colorado. Not part of it — all of it.
Graphic design. Web design. Web accessibility (ADA/WCAG compliance). SEO. Organic social media. Paid social. Google Ads.
I did every piece of it, in-house, for an institution whose doors stayed open based on enrollment numbers. That experience changed how I think about marketing permanently.
I know what it feels like to market something that genuinely changes people's lives — and watch it struggle to fill seats because the digital presence isn't telling the story. I know how to write for students, parents, board members, and donors all at once, on a budget that has to be justified every quarter. I know the difference between marketing that looks active and marketing that actually moves people to act.
I've lived on both sides of the Rockies and worked with organizations across Colorado. The businesses I'm drawn to are the ones doing something meaningful that the world hasn't found yet.
That's the gap I fill.
What I bring:
- —Full-stack digital marketing — web, SEO, Google Ads, email, and graphic design
- —Enrollment-focused strategy for schools and training programs
- —Web accessibility (ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance) — one of the few local marketing professionals with hands-on experience
- —Deep familiarity with institutional marketing constraints: board approvals, budget cycles, multi-audience messaging
- —A partner relationship, not a vendor transaction
Based in Grand Junction. Serving all of Colorado.
